Cyanotype

I have just signed up for a cyanotype (blueprinting) exchange on one of the groups I am a member of. This is one of my experimental pieces which is a little larger than the required fabric postcard size. One of the advantages of using your own chemicals is you can use different colours of fabric which give wonderful results. I will post more pictures of the different colours later.

That is really nice! I have been using Dye-Na-Flo for sun printing but it's not a crisp as that. Do the chemicals have an odor?

This is really lovely Carol. I'm curious did you treat the fabric yourself...or did it come ready treated? I haven't yet bought any of the pretreated fabric but I'm quite tempted.
